About Me

About Sherry Helton

I was born and raised in Tennessee but spent 20 years as a military spouse which gives me a special connection and purpose serving other military families. My husband recently retired from the Air Force and we have 3 wonderful children. I have a BA in Speech Language Development and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family and doing yoga.

About Me

About Mackinzie McLaughlin

I grew up in central Oregon. From a young age, I found myself drawn to working with children; this excitement for teaching led me to pursue my Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Science at Oregon State University. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I was accepted by Teach America in Indianapolis where I completed my Masters degree in teaching. I have 15 years experience working as an elementary school teacher, 5 of those years have been teaching here in Idaho. I am excited to shift my focus back to my passion of early childhood education. In my free time I enjoy being on the golf course with my husband, hiking the foothills with my two daughters or spending time with family and friends.
